Working principle of double shaft shredder
Double shaft shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-material is determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, it improves the efficiency of shredding.
